Warranty:

    Alien Alliance Audio Systems guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years to the original purchaser. In addition, our drivers carry the full manufacturer’s warranty (Eminence: 7 years).
This warranty does not cover abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modifications.
Driver repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
Please contact us for an authorization before making any warranty returns, we may be able to authorize a repair in your local area.

10 Day return policy: We guarantee your satisfaction!

    All stock products (stock colors, drivers, etc.) can be returned for a full refund (minus return shipping charges) if request is made by phone or e-mail within 10 days of delivery
and returned in like-new condition in original packaging. Custom order returns will be allowed at our discretion. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Ordering / Shipping:

    Our stock products can be ordered by using the cart buttons on the product pages. Custom cabinets can be ordered by filling in the info / quote form on this page, by mail or by phone. Please include all details with your order (model, color, drivers and special features) as well as your name, e-mail address, daytime phone and delivery address so that we can serve you more efficiently. Custom colors may require you to send us a sample of your preferred color.
Our products are built to order on a first come / first served basis upon receipt of full payment and require approximately four weeks for delivery. Acceptable forms of payment include personal check, cashiers check, and money order. Credit / Debit cards can be safely and securely processed through PayPal via the web. We will provide you with an invoice and payment button.
